ISP proxies with US home-IP trust
ISP proxies on the real Windstream home-internet ASN in New York, USA — home-IP trust that hosting-ASN datacenter IPs can't match. 2×/29 subnets, per-request or 1s–24h rotation, 10 Gbps uplink, SOCKS5 + HTTP(S). The DCPROXY plan built for SMM, ad verification, and other US-focused workflows where ISP trust decides whether the run gets through.
Why DCPROXY
Why ISP trust holds up when hosting IPs get flagged
We run our own IPv6 catalog, hold the Windstream allocation directly, and answer support questions at the network layer they actually live on.
Our own infrastructure since 2022
Own ASNs on Datacenter and SimpleDC, direct Windstream allocation on ISP. No reselling — when trust or routing breaks, our engineers can trace it end-to-end.
Support in minutes, not hours
Median response ~couple of minutes on Telegram. Real engineers, not a scripted first line — they know the ASN and the routing.
Custom builds when plans don't fit
Unlimited threads, expanded bandwidth, dedicated subnets, specific location placement. Standard plans are a starting point.
What are ISP proxies?
ISP proxies — sometimes called static ISP proxies or home-IP proxies — route your traffic through IPv6 addresses allocated to a consumer internet provider, not a hosting company. DCPROXY's ISP plan uses Windstream (a real residential ISP operator in the US); the allocation is a direct /29 block on their home-internet ASN, which is the reason GeoIP databases and anti-bot classifiers treat these addresses with higher trust than standard datacenter IPs.
Architecture is 2×/29 subnets on Windstream's home-internet ASN, all geolocated to New York, USA. Each /29 carries billions of routable IPv6 addresses, so rotation has real entropy even on sustained runs. Per-request by default, or a sticky session from 1 second to 24 hours via timer. The 10 Gbps uplink delivers ~150 Mbps per client under fair use — home-IP trust at datacenter-grade speed.
Protocol is auto-detected: SOCKS5 or HTTP(S) on the same endpoint. Works out of the box with curl, Puppeteer, Scrapy, Selenium, and any HTTP client — no extra libraries, no browser extensions. Straight answer on the trade-off: this plan is USA-only (New York) and the pool is deliberately smaller than Datacenter. You trade geographic breadth for ISP trust.
Features
What the ISP Windstream plan gives you
Home-IP trust on a real ISP ASN, 10 Gbps uplink, flexible rotation — specs that hold up on tasks where datacenter IPs get flagged fast.
Home-IP ISP trust level
Addresses sit on the Windstream home-internet ASN, so they're classified as consumer ISP space — higher trust with ad networks and anti-bot platforms than hosting-ASN IPs.
Windstream network, USA (NY)
Every IP originates from Windstream's US home-internet ASN in New York. Built for workflows that need an authentic American ISP footprint, not a DC fingerprint.
2 × /29 subnets (home-internet ISP ASN)
Two /29 subnets on Windstream's ASN — billions of routable IPv6 addresses. Enough entropy for per-request rotation even on sustained SMM or ad-verification runs.
10 Gbps uplink, ~150 Mbps fair use
Connected to a 10 Gbps uplink with ~150 Mbps per client under fair-use policy. Home-IP trust at datacenter-grade speed.
Flexible rotation
Per-request rotation by default — fresh IPv6 on every connection. Need sticky sessions? Set a timer from 1 second to 24 hours in the panel.
SOCKS5 + HTTP(S), auto-detected
One endpoint, either protocol. Works with curl, Puppeteer, Scrapy, Selenium, and any HTTP client — no extra libraries, no configuration gymnastics.
Integration
Drop into your stack in seconds
Standard SOCKS5 and HTTP(S) — paste the endpoint into your existing tooling and keep moving.

Where the ISP plan is the wrong tool
Straight answers on what this plan isn't. If you need any of the below, tell us — we'll point you to the right tool, even if it's not ours.
Not for SMTP or email sending
Port 25 and other SMTP ports are blocked at the infrastructure level across all DCPROXY plans. For email automation, proxies are the wrong layer — use a dedicated email infrastructure instead.
Not for IPv6-hostile targets
Some sites refuse IPv6 connections outright. If your target is IPv4-only, an IPv4 Rotating product is in the roadmap — or we can talk custom.
Compare IPv6 vs IPv4 →Not for Google SERP or bulk account abuse
Google SERP parsing, YouTube search scraping, and bulk webmail account creation burn the pool fast and trigger upstream abuse reports. That's not what this plan protects.
Use Cases
Who runs on ISP proxies?
SMM agencies, ad-verification teams, and US-focused operators — the workflows where ISP trust level actually decides whether the run survives.
Social media management
Run multi-account workflows on platforms that flag hosting-ASN datacenter IPs fast. Windstream home-internet addresses read as regular US home users, so verification friction drops.
Ad verification & brand safety
Confirm ad creatives render correctly in the US market. Home-IP trust means you see the same creative and placement a real consumer sees — not a DC-flagged fallback.
High-trust data collection
Collect public data from targets with strict bot detection. ISP-ASN addresses receive fewer challenges and CAPTCHAs than hosting-ASN datacenter proxies on the same workload.
US market research
Monitor US prices, inventory, and localized content from a US home-IP. What you collect matches what US consumers see — regionally accurate, not DC-detected.

FAQ
ISP proxies — straight answers
ISP trust vs hosting-ASN, Windstream specifics, rotation, and how this plan sits next to our other lines.
ISP proxies route traffic through IPv6 addresses allocated to a home-internet ISP — in our case, a direct /29 block on the Windstream ASN. Because the addresses sit on consumer ISP space rather than hosting-ASN space, GeoIP databases and anti-bot classifiers treat them with higher trust than standard datacenter proxies. The trade-off is a smaller pool (2 × /29 vs 20 × /29 for Datacenter) and a single GEO — USA only.
